WHO WE ARE
In 2009, I (Bonnie) was blessed to finally have the opportunity to go to Africa. While there, we were encouraged to become Pen Pals with and mentors to, some of the students of the Seminary College our church supported. Which is where I met my friend Lincoln. We went from Pen Pals, to Facebook friends and on to lifelong friends and co-laborers. It seems that almost every conversation we've had over the years has been about how we're going to help the beautiful people of Kenya. Finally, after 14 years of dreaming and planning, God made it clear that it was time to jump and began opening doors and infusing us with the courage and clear purpose needed to accomplish His Will. He led us to an impoverished village in rural Kenya, where they have no opportunities to break free from the bondage of poverty. We knew instantly, this was the place God had been leading us to all along.
WAYS WE HELP
EDUCATION
Matumaiani Kupanda beleives education is foundational to any lasting change and improvements in ones life. It is what makes the difference between sustainable, lasting change and a lifelong dependence on a welfare system. It's the backbone to making this quote a reality "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." We want to offer opportunities while preserving their dignity and self-respect.
PRACTICAL SUPPORT
Our organization primarily focuses on helping those in severely impoverished parts of the world where there are no opportunities nor any other systems in place to help them. Without someone like us stepping in, they would have no way of breaking free from the prison and hopelessness of poverty. Through volunteers and donors, like yourself, we are able to offer practical support, solutions and training to enable them to help themselves and their families.
MISSION OPPORTUNITIES
We understand the impact that an international mission trip can have on one's life. It's so easy for us to become complacent when we live in a society where we have all of our basic needs met. But, when we can step outside of our comfort zone & visit third world countries it can drastically change your outlook on life forever. Therefore, we plan to offer safe & fulfilling group mission trips, to enable others to join us on this amazing adventure.

Their organization was created in 2007 out of the 25+ years of non-profit management experience. Our partnership with Allegro provides us with financial oversight, ensuring that funds are managed responsibly and in accordance with regulations of a 501(c)3.
